Recognition.
After winning a state championship, SRHS/BSTC
student Tyler Palmer represented the division in the SkillsUSA National
Competition in Louisville, Kentucky. SkillsUSA is a partnership of
students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a
skilled workforce.
Tyler competed in general building
maintenance, requiring skills in building repair and ongoing care, and
was one of only four Virginia medalists who finished in the top 10 in
their competitions.
There’s a bright future ahead here. Awesome job, Tyler!!
